Is there anyway to fix this ?
Answer: Dent in the forehead Based on the photo provided, it is difficult to say exactly what might be causing this appearance. If it is due to muscle function, Botox might be helpful. If there is an actual soft tissue deficit there, then fillers might be an option. An in-person exam would be needed to determine the best treatment options. This is probably not something where surgery is going to be indicated.Be sure to see an expert physician who specializes in facial aesthetic procedures. All the best,

Answer: Forehead Dent Your picture does show a central forehead dent with a more vertical indentation pattern. It is not clear as to whether this indentation is just in the skin or is the result of a more full thickness tissue defect. That distinction is important as it would determine whether and how this forehead dent could be treated.
