I had a mole shaved off 8 days ago. I have been covering with a hydrocolloid bandage, but one day I was out and it came off and I didn't have a replacement. I put some La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Gel to keep it moist for the day. I later read that using scar cream too soon can mess up the healing process. It's been about 5 days since (and I've been using hydrocolloid patches), but today when changing it, I noticed that it looks basically healed, but is pitted. Will it fill in?
