My nose tip is bulbous and downturned, and it seems like theres just too much skin. Only a little upwards tug on my nose bridge gives me a very noticable lift. How can i fix this? I dont want a rhinoplasty because my skin leaves alot of pigmentation even after the smallest inflamation. Something like filler also isnt desired personally. Maybe something to tighten the skin?
