My nose filler is visible 2 years post-op. What can I do? (photo)

My first nose filler was january 2023 and for 2 years i had total of 4 added filler on my nose. For the last 4 months i had notice that the fillers is visible(like there is a gel underneath my skin) and sometimes my bridge or my nose is so bumpy (like my nose bridge is so high then suddenly after 1 to 3 days it will go back to normal shape then it will be high again after weeks) I don’t know why it happen
