Hello, i had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago. I am overall satisfied but i notice different smile, or to be precise, different nostrils during smile. Can i fix that, with some non surgical solution maybe? Thank you

The changes in the the nose architecture when yuou smile is less related to the nose and more related to how muscles attach onto the nose. Generally I recommend against messing around with that permanently as that can permanently alter your smile. You could try some botox since it's temporary to see what results you are able to get but there's no guarantee.

While very effective at improving asymmetries along the dorsum (bridge) of the nose, and sometimes the tip, nonsurgical rhinoplasty will have minimal effect on the shape/symmetry of nostrils.
