Im 4 months post-op and my scar is still red. I would love to get a tan but im scared to harm my scar. If i apply spf 60 on my scar can I walk outside shirtless or go to a tanning salon?

This is common after TT surgery and usually smoothes out with time. If you still have residual pleating or a dog ear after 4-6 months, your operating surgeon can typically fix this with a minor procedure in the office. Good luck!
