Female, age 24. Uneven lip swelling 5 years after accident (photos)

Am a female 24years I had an accident 5years ago but my lips seem not to be not going back to the normal size , mu upper lip is uneven on the bigger side with so much swollen like fat and the other side is small it's making my face bigger on one side so embarrassing
