Facial PRP. Is one session enough for me?

There are no set number of PRP treatments that one has to do to rejuvenate the face, however it’s better to do 3 or 4 treatments to get good results, depending on the condition of the skin.

If you are referring to topical application of PRP for your eyes with microneedling it better to have a series of treatments 4 weeks apart for best results.  If you are referring to injection of PRP you would need only one but it would last longer with filler in addition.  You do not mention your age or provide a photo which would be helpful.  A formal consultation with an experienced doctor would allow a more specific recommendation tailored to your condition.

For best results, most require more than one PRP microneedling treatment and my suggestion for most is at least 2-3 treatments usually. It also depends on the condition of your skin prior to treatments. Since many are usually opting for PRP microneedling to help for fine lines and wrinkles, one session is usually not enough. If you have minimal wrinkles and doing treatments as preventative then one session may be sufficient. Overall for maintenance, many patients opt to do the PRP treatments 1-2/per year to maintain best results and continue their regular skin regimen in between which may include microneedling treatments without PRP.
