Hi, There is not exactly a straightforward answer to this question. I think that if you have loose skin and cellulite then the Velashape III might be the best choice for you. First of all, the technology has been around for a very long time and has been perfected over time to be the best treatment for certain types of cellulite with loose skin. If you do not have cellulite, then I think that the tissue manipulation that the Velashape III has, might be overkill for your problem and might make your loose skin worse. In this case using just plain radiofrequency without tissue manipulation would be the best choice. For example using the thermismooth 250 which is the leader in non invasive skin tightening technology using radiofrequency. Using other radiofrequency technologies may not be as effective and in this field, you definitely get what you pay for. Treatments are simple and without downtime and generally you will need between 5-10 treatments for optimal results. If you are older or have poor circulation then even the best treatments will only result in marginal results unless your circulation is improved. (I use carboxy therapy or endermology) This can take awhile a month or so, but would be worth it if you are investing your time and money into an expensive treatment to get the best results. It works the best if your body is working its best because it rely's on your bodies healing ability. All my best Dr. Jamé
