Can a very thin woman (a runway model to be exact) be a candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Do not let any surgeons eager to book a surgery convince you to do this.  Be aware that even if a surgeon were able to scrape together 500 cc of fat transfer to your buttocks, 30-50% of that fat will not take.  Furthermore, the attempt to do so puts you at risk for rippling and contour irregularities, no matter how expert a plastic surgeon claims they are in any given procedure.  Leave well enough alone.Best of luck!

Hello, with your physique that  I  can see here it appears that you may lack donor sites. However a in-person consultation is best. Donor sites include, belly, thighs, back, arms, love handles, etc.. Thanks for the question.

A Brazilian butt lift requires the patient to have a bit of extra fat in other areas to transfer to the buttocks.Also, not all of the fat transferred will take.  Unfortunately, you might not have enough fat to achieve these results. A good alternative to round out this area, as you are wanting, is to participate in glute isolation weight lifting workouts. Good luck!

You do not look like you have enough fat for a BBl but you could have buttock implants if you want enhancement.

Based on the photos, you do not appear to be a good candidate for BBL. I would recommend an in person consultation to evaluate how much fat is available for the transfer.
