Can a very thin woman (a runway model to be exact) be a candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift?

So I'm interested in a subtle BBL. I'm aware that I'm very thin due to my career as a professional model, but I was wondering if I would ostensibly have enough fat for a BBL? Most of you will say it's best left up to my local plastic surgeon, but would like to hear your opinions nonetheless. I mainly just want a reduction of fat on my inner thighs and a very subtle BBL. I'm mainly looking to tastefully shape out my bottom half (with a plastic surgeon in NYC). Thank you!
