I currently 57. I got a deep place facelift, lower skin pinch, a temporal brow lift and fat grafting last July with a very experienced surgeon. I traveled for the work and for the most part am very happy. As I've healed I see an irregularity that bothers me on my left undereye region mostly. I feel as if it's not symmetrical and kind of has a lumpish look. Looking for feedback as to what it could be and how it may be resolved. This side was much more swollen right after surgery. Thank you.
