Am I a good candidate for a Tummy Tuck Revision? I wanted a much better outcome. (Photos)

Question

I had my surgery in 2013. 2 months after my 3rd child who was delivered by c-section. If I knew then what I knew now I would have done more research. I ended up with skin necrosis which left me with a horrible scar. During a consult from another dr for a breast reduction he stated my previous dr did not do the muscle repair above my belly button and only below. This gives me a very bloated look at all times. I'm hoping I have enough skin for a TT revision with no complications and better scar

You would benefit from a tummy tuck revision. Your scar can be lowered and made a lot thinner. You still have excess skin that can be removed. Most importantly, a good muscle repair from your xyphoid all the way down to your pubic bone will flatten your stomach. You already have a beautiful body shape and the revision will be the best outcome.The muscle repair will achieve a flat abdomen and smaller waist line, The extra skin resection will let your abdominal skin tighter and definitely the revision of the belly button will be mandatory to achieve a smaller more feminine one, but you will end up with a vertical scar (lika a lollipop). Be encouraged. Dr. Cardenas

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a revision surgery.
