Am I a good candidate for a Tummy Tuck Revision? I wanted a much better outcome. (Photos)

I had my surgery in 2013. 2 months after my 3rd child who was delivered by c-section. If I knew then what I knew now I would have done more research. I ended up with skin necrosis which left me with a horrible scar. During a consult from another dr for a breast reduction he stated my previous dr did not do the muscle repair above my belly button and only below. This gives me a very bloated look at all times. I'm hoping I have enough skin for a TT revision with no complications and better scar
