if you are unhappy the results can be reversed with hyaluronidase enzyme injection.  Typically tho, the fillers take 2-4 weeks to look normal after injection to this area.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is very tough to answer your question without photos, however, I would give it at least 2 weeks for things to settle before making an assessment.
We do under-eye fillers all the time and it's possible to see a lot of changes occur during that time.  I would, however, NOT ice the area anymore, since that could potentially affect your results.
