Thank you for your question. No, I am not aware of any situations where Latisse has caused eyelashes to fall out. This is likely the normal eyelash growth cycle and shedding. To be sure, see two or more licensedand board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to makesure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have thesetreatments.I hope this helps.
Latisse is used to help your lashes grow rather than fall out. However, you will still experience natural shedding of your lashes as they will still be going through the natural hair growth phases.
Latisse has an active ingredient to assist your natural lashes to lengthen and thicken. If applied as indicated it should not cause loss of lashes. Consider scheduling an appointment with your Dr to discuss alternative options as to why your lashes would be falling out. Also, you can contact Allergan for more information - the contact information will be within your packaging or found on line.Best of Luck.
Latisse will notmake your lashes fall out but you need to remember, as others have pointed out, that all hair goes through cycles, and losing some hair during this process isnormal. But it is not from the Latisse.
Latisse grows the hair, it will not makeit fall out. Hair does fall out in cycles. However due to the long length ofthe eye lashes it could look like the hair is falling out more than usual.
All hair goes through cycles. There is a growth phase (anagen), death and falling out phase (catagen), and dormant phase (telogen). Latisse lengthens the growth phase, but ultimately all hair has to cycle into the other phases. Fortunately, the other 2 phases are relatively short compared to anagen and hairs do not cycle together. So while your lashes will eventually fall out, Latisse or no Latisse, it is unlikely to be noticeable to you.
Long term use of Latisse will not make your eyelashes fall out. Eyelashes do fall out on their own, however, which is perfectly normal. After 4 years, you should be using Latisse for maintenance of the result you have achieved - only 2-3 times a week. If you stop using Latisse, you will see a difference in your eyelashes. They will return to the way they looked before you started Latisse.
Latisse has an active ingredient to help lengthen and thicken your eyelashes. Eyelashes fall naturally in the hair growth cycle but does not promote quicker lash loss. Thank you for your question. Best wishes.
Your lashes have a normal lifespan. Latisse speeds up and lengthens the growth phase so that your lashes become longer, thicker, and darker than they can on their own. Latisse doesn't make your lashes fall out. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion. You can remove the hair as you wish and though new hair growth may occur, these hairs should return to their original growth pattern once the effects of Latisse wear off. Make sure to only apply a tiny amount of Latisse on the upper lash line and nowhere else to prevent this from happening again.
I am sorry that you have problems with an over the counter product that claims to do things that only the FDA approved product can do – which is grow eyelashes. Latisse does turn iris colors in a very small amount of people and this is something that we all tell our patients before they start u...
Yes you should be able to purchase latisse from a physician. In our clinic we have treated alopecia and loss of eyelashes, eyebrows with latisse. Although not perfect, there was a visible improvement after a few weeks of latisse
