Can I tweeze, wax, or shave the unwanted hair around my eyes caused by excessive Latisse use? (Photo)

I used latisse for three months and love my lashes. Recently I noticed dark long hairs right around my orbital region. Research suggested I was using too much latisse or applying it on my lower lashes as well ( which I was). I have since stopped latisse so those unwanted hairs will go away. Can I wax the unwanted hair while carefully applying latisse on the upper lid again? Or will the removal of the hair before it falls out on its own cause the hairs to continuously grow? Thanx so much!
