Can I get a BBL if I get deep butt pimples?

Hi, thanks for your inquiry, I understand that you have pimples and they get worse when you are in your menstruation cycle so it is probably hormonal but it is hard to give you an accurate advice if you don't post some pictures of the area in concern. Please make sure that you and your surgeon are on the same page. It is likely that these pimples have a bacteria component to them and therefore it would be a possibility that you would have a higher risk of infection in the fat injected if one of these were in contact with the injected fat or injection site on the skin. If you really want a BBL, I would suggest you get on a regiment to try to prevent these breakouts before, during and after surgery. Your PS may be comfortable helping you, or you might have to see a dermatologist.
