Hi, thanks for your inquiry, I understand that you have pimples and they get worse when you are in your menstruation cycle so it is probably hormonal but it is hard to give you an accurate advice if you don't post some pictures of the area in concern. Please make sure that you and your surgeon are on the same page. Don't forget to discuss all your concerns, options and expectations thoroughly. Have a safe and pleasant PS Journey!Respectfully,Dr. Jaime Campos-Leon
It is likely that these pimples have a bacteria component to them and therefore it would be a possibility that you would have a higher risk of infection in the fat injected if one of these were in contact with the injected fat or injection site on the skin. Hi Nazasprob,I agree with the other doctors regarding your pilonidal cyst and undergoing any surgery with an active infection is contraindicated. My BBLs usually have an incision near where a pilonidal cyst would be and would effect the final result. I would recommend waiting 3-4 months a...
If you want bbl, you need lipo to harvest the fat , if the doctor who performs the surgery have skills you won’t have waves or marks of the lipo, you will have the small scars for the liposuction, also you need massages after the surgery to improve the results.
I think that in general, what you see initially is not what you end up with. This often is related to both swelling and some loss of the fat injected. I find that most patients retain about 60-70% of the fat.
