Derma roller at home 0.75 causing track marks on face - what could this be and what can I do? (photos)

I been rolling for months no issues well this time I have a issue .. please tell me what's going on, now that I finally got everything cleared up to where I needed it I got this line that almost goes all the way to the ear .. it is looking more like a track mark to me from the roller than a tram track mark.. but I'm not sure... Will this go away... I have been using vit c and silicone gel it has been a little over a week since this happened...
