Microneedling after hyaluronidase treatment - will this work to treat tyndall effect? (photos)

Greetings: I had a mishap with Restylane , NP hit a blood vessell removed the filler than put it back in 30 days later) It left me with the tyndall effect. (across the top of my lip looks much like a moustache ) So i had the filler removed with hyaluronidase in two sessions, now Drs are telling me get microneedling but i have not read anything that tells me this will work? Will this mark go away on its own?

Hello and thank you for your question! Microneedling with PRP is a great treatment to help to resurface fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, and textural issues. Given the time since you've had the biopsy, the area may be healed, but regarding the redness...microneedling would not be the best option...
