Good morning everybody. I had a Halo/BBL procedure. It was quite agressive according to the doctor. I had oozing and a full week of downtime. When the mends came off, my face was pink, no pigmentation. But after two weeks they start to appear on my cheeks and nose, are spreading, becoming darker. I have now an uneven complexion. I am Caucasian/South American. What can I do about it? The doctor offered another BBL treatment, but I am scared it will make things even worse.

I always combine lasers with microneedling/PRP for more robust outcomes. For skin tightening, I recommend a combination of Ultherapy with RF treatments and Sculptra for skin tightening. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best....
A BBL will target the abnormal reds and browns of the skin and help preserve the overall quality of the skin. A Halo targets the collagen in the dermis and helps build more new collagen. This causes an improvement in the texture of the skin and some skin "tightening". However, I doubt a Halo...
Yes Halo is safe to do while you are lactating. There is some downtime related to Halo however this is in the area that is treated and will not affect your lactating.
