Why is my body deformed after liposuction? Can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had liposuction on my inner thighs, my abdomen, and my upper arms in July 2024. Almost immediately my legs started to swelling My ps said my leg arteries were blocked. Fix that, and the swelling would go down. I wore a size M corset and then a size S. When the S was on the tightest hook, my ps said I could take it off. My stomach was flat for 1 week and I was able to get into my size 4 jeans. After the week, my stomach blew up like a balloon. I now look like I’m 9 months pregnant and my abdomen is rock hard. If I bend over, I have trouble breathing. In addition, I now have diastasis recti so, when I sit up a bulge pops out of my abdomen (think Alien). My legs have continued swelling. I went to a vein specialist who said that my arteries are clear, but there’s a huge amount of fluid. I worked out for years and had great biceps in both my arms. My arms, now, are lumpy and there’s no evidence of biceps.
