Go back to your surgeon be checked for a seroma., or fluid collection. This can be done with ultrasound. You will have swelling in your legs after liposuction and need to wear compression for probably 4 months. Please go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns.

To make a quality assessment, we need quality information.
At a minimum this includes a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Would also be helpful to know your age and pregnancy history.
In summary, I don’t think you were a good candidate for Liposuction and I also think your provider wasn’t very good at the procedure.
The combination is likely to lead to dissatisfaction.
Your bulging abdomen is due to a combination of excess visceral, fat and or muscle separation from previous pregnancies.

I don’t think your problem was subcutaneous fat in the first place.
With age, we lose skin elasticity, and this makes potential Liposuction results less desirable.
Perhaps the procedure shouldn’t have been done in the first place.
