I am considering IPL and/or Laser treatment for mild redness on my cheeks and chin abd for flushing from mild Rosacea. Concerning is the many have reports of long term damage to the skin's elasticity, abd pore enlargement, added fine lines, and fat loss. If many people experience this in future years, why are they said to be safe treatments? That's trading one issue (redness) for more severe ones. I'd like to hear from Dr's as to your thoughts on these long term side effects and how o prevent
