Yes it is possible but please consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon so a proper course of treatment can be decided. You would need to be examined and then you and your surgeon can discuss your options. I have attached a link which would help you find the perfect plastic surgeon. #findingthebestsurgeon#breastreduction
To give you the most appropriate answer to this question I would need to examine you in person. Yes it is possible and reasonable to reduce your breasts this much, but I like to examine patients and listen to their reasons and goals for breast reduction surgery before determining how much to reduce the breasts. Also remember that cup sizes vary from brand to brand, so you want to have a thorough conversation with your surgeon to make sure you are both on the same page about what size you want your breasts to be after surgery. Your next step should be to consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon and find out what they think is an appropriate amount of reduction. Best of luck!
It’s certainly possible to go from a 34DD to a 34B, but the only issue you may want to consider is whether this reduction would look proportionate on your body. If you have a larger frame, your breasts may look too small.
Thank you for your question. Though substantial decreases in size can be obtained with a breast reduction there are a number of important considerations: the necessary amount of weight that needs to be removed for insurance coverage, maintaining breast size proportional to body size, not compromising your nipple viability, and improving your back pain, to name a few. Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person assessment and discussion.
Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear of the physical and emotional pain your breasts have caused you. To determine what you can realistically expect from surgery, please be seen in person by a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert in the breast reduction procedure. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
Thank you for your question. Breast reduction surgery is one of the highest rated plastic surgery procedures in regards to aesthetic and symptomatic improvement. I would start with a face to face consult with a BoardCertified Plastic Surgeon who has experience in breast surgery. During yourvisit your surgeon should be evaluating your health to determine if you are agood surgical candidate and examining your tissues to get a sense of what typeof procedure your tissues will allow. Only with a hands on exam can this bedetermined. Once an exam and opinion is rendered then you can decide if surgeryis right for you. Best of luck.
Many thanks for your question.I would suggest based on your height and weight that what you are hoping to achieve is entirely reasonable.I ask all my patient to bring pictures of breasts that they like the look of in order to assist me in meeting their expectations. This will mean your surgery can clearly see what you are hoping to achieve. It is impossible to guarantee a cup size in breast reduction surgery however being able to achieve a certain look is much more practical.Good Luck.
Honestly, without seeing you in person, it is impossible to say what size would be right for your frame. However, I would encourage you to focus on the "look" that you want to achieve -- not the cup size as that can vary greatly between bra manufacturers and is never a good indicator of actual breast volume. I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area (link below) to discuss your options. Best, Dr. Nazarian
I find that trying to go from very large to very small can be quite difficult without comprising breast shape and potential viability of the skin flaps or breast pedicle. Good luck.
There are some specifics about each breast that can limit the amount of reduction to safely do without compromising blood flow to the breast and affect healing. Without an examination, that's impossible to consider when giving you an opinion. In general though, going from a DD to a B cup is a pretty big reduction, but should be attainable. Good luck and make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon whose results are beautiful and reproducible.
