It appears that you have a small opening where your paler breast skin meets the darker skin of your areola.  This appears to be a clean wound, without signs of infection, and should heal with conservative wound care.  Talk to your surgeon for some recommendations on the best treatment plan. 

Follow the instructions of your plastic surgeon for postoperative wound care. This small defects should heal up uneventfully and probably will have no effect on the resulting scar.

It appears you have a small separation of the skin edges.  This will usually heal quite well with minimal intervention and adequate wound care.   Please discuss this with your surgeon.
