You can have some slight swelling after a Vi Peel since the treatment is more intense than most peels.Some of my patient's who fly in, we will do both a peel and filler. It really depend's on a patients needs and downtime. Everyone's skin is so different which is why it is very important to assess each individual in person before making a recommendation.
