Is it normal to have skin sensitivity and burning after a mastectomy and implants?

I recently had a breast lift and implants. (1 week post op) my left breast the skin is incredibly sensitive and has a few little bumps( possible heat rash?). I am terrified It is shingles! Is It normal to get the skin sensitivity/ burning like sensation (like how someone with the onset of shingles) after having surgery?
