I have decay under my four tooth bridge. Is it possible to replace the bridge or do I have to have a dental implant. thank you

Only xray evaluation and then upon removal of the bridge can a dentist determine the ability to successfully restore the teeth involved. They may or may not need root canal therapy as well.  The key is the depth of the decay in relation to the bone level and the ability to be restored and strong enough to support a new bridge.  Good luck and don't wait!
