Can E-Max all porcelain bridge crowns handle the bite force of 1st, 2nd molars and 1st, 2nd bicuspid on lower left jaw?

Hello there,While Emax is great for aesthetics, I would not recommend it for back teeth. Zirconia is a great option because it's just as durable as PFM and looks very natural. I'll link a photo of a patient of mine who's case was pretty similar to yours.  It's always important to look at before and after photos when selecting a dentist. I would not recommend Emax for a posterior bridge. Zirconia is the material of choice for posterior bridges as it provides superior strength and durability and is highly esthetic as compared to PFM's. 

I agree with the prior answer, zirconia is better in the posterior. Especially where a bridge is concerned.Emax is beautiful, but zirconia is stronger.
