How can I make my nose straight? (photos)

Unfortunately, the only way to straighten a crooked nose is with a traditional rhinoplasty.  Although fillers can be used to mask smaller asymmetries, the amount of deviation that your photos reveal would not be achieved through fillers alone.  I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who is comfortable with nonsurgical AND surgical rhinoplasty.  They will be able to offer all options and develop a plan to meet your needs.  Good luck!

A  crooked nose cannot be repaired with nonsurgical methods. When the nose is broken, twisted and crooked, a Surgical rhinoplasty is required. Closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish the goals of straightening the nose by making all the incisions on the inside of the nose. Osteotomies of the nasal bones will be required to re-set them straight. A spreader graft composed of the patient's own cartilage may also be required to be placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage in the mid vault area.  it's also important to examine the internal portion of the nose to make sure there's not a fractured and deviated septum blocking air flow.   Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features. Non surgical procedures such as fillers like Radiesse are very helpful to improve the shape and contour of your nose. The downside to this is that it may make your nose appear longer. Unfortunately, fillers like Radiesse will only add size to the nose, not reduce size, and fillers cannot do very much to correct crookedness. Based on your photographs, you will probably require a surgical rhinoplasty to correct the shape of your nose. A consultation with a plastic surgeon is necessary before making any definitive recommendations.
