Done hot yoga afternoon laser treatment on face and neck?

Hello...I am 31 years old woman and I for my laser hair removal on my face and i went for my hot yoga class, 5 hours after my treatment. Now.ai got very big red patches on my neck and face. I didn't know i should not go forward hotel yoga class. I wash my face with cold water and also.used ice on my face. But am sooooo worried. So.am not sure I did right. Please what else I should do?

Thank you for your question.The profractional laser works well for fine lines and wrinkles, but does not do anything for pigmentation changes.
