Could squeezing the tip of your nose cause permanent damage?

Codywilliam
Ok, so a couple of days ago I I watched a YouTube video on how to get rid of a droopy nose by squeezing the tip of your nose where your alar cartilages meet and pushing up the putt on of your nose with your finger at the same time. but I think I did the exercise WAY to wrong. Because now that I squeeze the tip of my nose, It feels like they're cracking up and down sideways from eachother. Whenever I move the tip of my nose back and fourth sideways. And now the tip of my nose is more droopy :(
