Please post a before photo.  It sounds as if the blood vessels in the area were damaged and very conservative laser treatment needs to be performed after the area is injected with an enzyme to reverse the filler. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your question.  This looks like vascular compromise as the area is dusky after filler injection.  Please follow up with your board certified Dermatologist for proper evaluation and management including filler reversal with hyaluronidase and possible conservative laser therapy with a device like the Excel V or V Beam.  Regards, Dr. Matt Elias

The redness of your nose might or might not have been caused by the filler being there. If it was, it is probably an increase is vessels caused as reaction to changes in skin of area. However it was caused,  using the correct laser will probably resolve it. Call your dermatologist or plastic surgeon and have them send you to the right place to do this. 

Dusky redness can be a sign of a loss of circulation to the area from compression of blood vessels. The nose is notorious for this complication. It might now just be collateral circulation forming, but go back to the treating doctos (hopefully they are board certified in the right field) to get it resolved.

That is really surprising to see that much redness seven months after injection. At this point I think your best bet would be some form of intense pulse light to decrease the small vessels that have developed and did not go away.Good luck!
