In 2010 I had reconstructive surgery for breast cancer. It was non evasive so I had a radical with both breast removed so I would not have to go thru this again. I have never been comfortable with the implants since surfery, I have had muscle spasams and burning sinsations where they set on my rib cage. The muscles that are over the implants at the shoulder area keep contracting and this has been going on since day one. I have not been pain free since I had this surgery.About 8 months ago I started with an itching in the niple area of my left breast. Then it developed a red circle around the niple. I was imformed it was probably scar tissue. The pain got so bad I made an appointment with the plastic surgeon who said he had never seen anything like it and sent me for a sonagram.I have been diagnosed with a ruptures silicone implant . About 8-9 months ago I started to have pain and itching in my back right behind my implant, Also I started having pains under my left arm and it goes all the way up the left side of my head kind of like it is in the limp nodes. I am going to have the implants removed on both sides. Can this be related to the pain I am having on the left side of my body?

Unfortunately, your breast will not likely "fluff up" following removal of the implants unless you have a significant weight change. However, your breast skin may contract in time (resulting in an approved appearance). This depends on your age and skin elasticity.
