I have a few pinprick sized red spots on my lower lip that my doc says are vascular. I've had v beam on my nose and cheeks before and it worked well for me. Is it also safe to use in the lip area? Any increased risk of side effects? Also, are these usually due to sun damage? I'm fair-skinned/red hair, 48 yrs old. My derm said vascular issues on the lip are fairly unusual.
