How many inches do people tend to lose from their waist and from their thighs if these areas are given 1 treatment of SculpSure?

This is a good question! Thank you for the great question.  I am sure many people are also wondering the same thing.  Cynosure says that sculpsure takes up to 12 weeks to see results, with up to 24% reduction in fat cells in the area.  It may be that the fat cells could lead to a maybe a 1/8 of an inch after one treatment, but we usually recommend 2-3 in order to see clinically visible results.  It works by heat destroying fat cells and tightening the skin but the laser only penetrates so far.  I recommend that you follow up with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who has cosmetic training or experience with sculpsure.

Sculpsure is good for removing stubborn areas of fat and patients can experience up to 25% reduction in fat in the treated area, however, usually this is with retreatment. Keep in mind, with Sculpsure, a combination of treatments is needed. I recommend combining Sculpsure with Vanquish and Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments. We currently use a fire and ice treatment with Coolsculpting and Vanquish for good results in fat removal. However, a VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results with fat removal, contouring and definition. Be reassured- Sculpsure eliminates up to 24 % of fat in a targeted area however that is not converted to inches.  Everyone's shape and hence results vary but as you can see on various before and after pics the contouring is quite noticeable.  Best results will be seen 6 weeks after the second session.  I would not recommend that anyone have just one session.

SculpSure is a 2 session treatment and every time you do it you target deeper layers of fat tissue. 25 min for 25 % of fat cell destruction, which is permanent. I don't think that there is an exact answer to your question , but with 2 treatments up to an inch of loss is to be expected. Good luck !!

These are great answers because this is focused fat melting, not liposuction If you have a wall made of bricks and you remove one or two or three, the wall remains and looks the same. In a few local areas it has diminished. How do you measure this? It looks different, but the wall length may not change. This is contouring and is non-invasive which is its forte.

Hi!  Sculpsure is a tool for body sculpting, for patients who have a relatively healthy lifestyle but just can't get rid of a certain stubborn fat pockets.  It will decrease the number fat cells by about 20-30% (volume) and that really is difficult to translate into inches.  In some patients, it can decrease 1 cm of 'pinchable fat'.  Two treatments about 6 wks apart are recommended.  You can usually see its full effects in about 6 weeks after your 2nd treatment.

SculpSure is a wonderful non-invasive device best suited for small, localized areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. When discussing results and expectations, we never talk about inches, but instead discuss the volume of fat that can be reduced in a given area, which can be up to 24%. But you must understand that there is a wide spectrum of results depending an individual's size, body type, area in question, type of fat ....etc, in essence very dependent on how much volume one starts with. Typically, at least 2 treatments are recommended for each area, but with the "Treat to Complete" protocol, one may need more sessions for an area, or may need additional body areas treated as well, to obtain a significant improvement. You should be seen by an experienced SculpSure provider who can review in detail the best recommendations for you.

You are asking an impossible question to answer, specifically, because everyone's fat is distributed differently. There is a 24% reduction in fat cells in the area treated, but this will look very different depending on your individual shape. 
Regardless, a 24% reduction per session (and I do recommend doing 2 sessions to get a visible and satisfactory result), is something you should be able to see and enjoy!
