Answer: Unlikely to help SculpSure is a laser treatment that specifically targets fat cells. Meaning, the laser is set to a frequency that kills fat cells. Scar tissue, at least on a microscopic level, looks very different from fat cells, and so the laser setting is not meant to affect it.

The heating action of the laser passes through the skin and will not alter scar tissue. What you were told perhaps was misinterpreted at best, or untrue.
