You can absolutely do SculpSure if you have stretch marks.  The stretch marks won't affect how well the treatment works, so you don't need to worry about that.  Once the fat cells are destroyed, it's possible that you could have some looseness of the skin depending on the severity of the underlying stretching.  This doesn't mean that you won't be overall pleased with the outcome, as the benefit of the contouring would probably outweigh a little bit of looseness.

SculpSure treats the fat underneath the skin, and the skin is transparent to the sculpSure laser. You did not mention your weight and height but let’s assume you are within the guidelines of less than 30 on your BMI, this should be fine. No one can predict how your skin will look after the procedure which depends on percentage fat, age, skin collagen strength. Reducing fat in an area is usually a positive affect.

Based on your picture, it looks like SculpSure is a fine option to minimize the size of your abdomen; it does, after all, target the fat cells and kills them permanently. So you would get a reduction in your belly. This is regardless of whether you have "good skin," "bad skin," or stretch marks.
However, it will do very little for the stretch marks. Fortunately, it is unlikely to make them worse. The amount of fat cells lost will not result in "extra sagging" of the skin, so you should be fine regarding that issue.

you will not develop loose skin after Sculpsure. great that you keep yourself in very good shape. plan 2 treatments, 6 weeks apart. you will keep improving for 3 months after your  last treatment.david berman md
