I have mild hypertelorism, and was wondering what my options were to fix it. Am I a candidate for craniofacial surgery, if not I’m actually okay with the interpupillary distance, just want to lengthen the inner parts of my eyes so it makes my eyes have one eye length in between. I actually like how the pupils are set wider it looks cool and unique to me, I just want to fix the inner part

I don’t think you have true hypertelorusm.  I certainly would not advise craniofacial surgery.  It is quite lengthy and involved and insurance probably won’t cover it.  And it will cost a fortune if you pay for it yourself.  Craniofacial surgery is reserved for those with significant deformities and I don’t put you in that classification at all.

Thank you for your photos.  Your eye fissure measurements and medial intercanthal distances fall within the normal range of human variation, and do not justify the risks associated with craniofacial surgery.  Medial epicanthal flaps may effectively narrow the apparent distance between your eyes if this is a desired effect.  Discuss this with qualified board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeons.
