Some ethnicities are more prone to losing hair at higher ages including Middle Eastern people. I would recommend getting a consultation with a hair transplant surgeon to understand the cause of your hair loss and to consider medical vs surgical options to prevent further hair loss. A microscopic evaluation of your miniaturized hair will be a good start.
