The  simplest way to predict whether you will progress is to look at pictures  of your hair from every five years for the last 20. . In addition, observe your siblings and parents as well as pictures from grandparents. This assumes that you are not using any medications, PRP, nutraceuticals, or low level laser which can improve your outcome. You can review this with a hair expert. Genetics and ethnicity are a factor. I have seen hair loss progression even in the 50's. Some ethnicities are more prone to losing hair at higher ages including Middle Eastern people. I would recommend getting a consultation with a hair transplant surgeon to understand the cause of your hair loss and to consider medical vs surgical options to prevent further hair loss.
