Is it normal for a 19 year old male to see miniaturized hair falling out? (Photo)

Hi, so recently I have notice that a third of the hair I loss look thinner and lighter than the rest (not always shorter) and I lose around 30-45 hair daily. I think these miniaturized hairs are coming from all over the scalp and not just my hairline. Is this normal considering I’m only 19? Also for some reason I lose much more hair after going to the swimming pool, upward to 90. My hair become very dry and frizzy after swimming.Possible explanation? Thank you
