Is rice water helpful for hair growth?

In my opinion, rice water (which contains inositol)can improve the condition of  hair. There are no peer-reviewed studies to substantiate growth. Find a hair expert.Jeff Rapaport MDRealself All-star

I am not aware of any reproducible research that supports the use of fermented rice water  to treat hair loss. Best to stick with the licenced medications - topical minoxidil and oral finasteride. Other treatments like low level light therapy and platelet rich plasma have some limited evidence for efficacy.
