I am thinking of having a hair transplant soon but I have an oily scalp. I always have to wash my hair early morning and at the end of the day as my hair tends to look thin, and thus messy at these times from the oils. Unlike after a shower when it looks it has volume and therefore my head looks a bit full. Will a hair transplant be affected by this? Will the transplanted hair fall from the oil on the scalp and make it lose "grip" in the head?
