I have chronic mouth that often gives me extremely chapped and painful lips. They are dry, flakey, and have tons of open cuts! I was told that some lip fillers may help prevent my lips from getting so dehydrated and cracking. Will insurance cover this?

You can certainly avoid that area. Without seeing our before and after pictures I can't say whether other issues may arise. However, modifying round 2 based on round 1's results is always the best idea.
