I have oval and flat face. Does upper premolar extraction will ruin my look? (photo)

premolar extractions are must to create room to retract anterior teeth. as you are asking for upper premolars, but by seeing your photos , i feel you have shallow mento -labial sulcus with proclined lower teeth indicating lower extraction. also i feel you have class3 tendency. so its my advice to discuss your concern with your orthodontist. cephalometric analysis is must in these kind of cases for proper diagnosis and treatment planning.

Your jaws are too small for your tongue. Extractions will wake it worse.  Find a doctor near you that does Vivos.  You new to expand your jaw honey bases.

Hi:From the photo it seems that the upper arch is not fully grown out as much as the lower arch.  By taking the upper premolars out the arch will be narrower.  Just taking out the lower premolars and closing the space may help more with the overall smile.Best,Dr. Maddahi

It is really hard to tell with the limited photos but there is rarely ever a case that premolar extraction should be advised. More space can be achieved(predictably) with appliances so that teeth extractions are not necessary.
