How soon after surgery ( tummy tuck) can I apply temporary tatoo to my scar?

Forget the tattoo for 4 months.  Give you incision time to heal.  Even though temporary you may react to the dye and a mess results.   Surgical scars are serious business.  Let Mother Nature do her work for at least 4 to 6 months and then you can consider a tattoo if your operating surgeon approves.   My Best   Dr C

Although a temporary tatoo is less traumatic to the skin than a permanent tatoo,  the pigments can still potentially affect healing.  Check with your plastic surgeon before applying anything to the tummy tuck incision line.  Best wishes.
