Advice for fluid swelling treatment following knee roll liposuction?

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction on my inner knees 8 weeks ago. One of my knees swelled up on day 5 post op and since then has not gone down since. I have been in compression garments 24/7 since day 3 post op. Coban 2 compression bandaging did make it go down quite a bit but the fluid re accumulated. My surgeon won't aspirate and keeps telling me it will be absorbed by my body and that compression is all that is required. My skin changes colour and bruises are still appearing. Help? Advice pls

2 days after surgery is too early to see the final results.  You may have a fluid collection on the larger side, or more fat was taken out on the smaller side.  It's too early to tell.

You will get a better result with a garment. But a rash and severe pain are not normal. You may be allergic to the garment or it may be too tight.
