Why is the right side of my stomach sunken in compared to the rest of my stomach (2 days after lipo)?

I had lipo/bbl two days ago, and my stomach looks absolutely disgusting. The doctor did say I needed a tummy tuck, however I want that at a later date. My stomach looks sunken in on the right side. Is this normal?
