I want advice on achieving a slimmer face (Photo)

I'm 41 had always had a rounded face.. I'm now ready for a more Define face! Please advise on what I should look into?

Thank you for your question and for providing photos. A buccal lipectomy, or buccal fat pad removal, is an ideal procedure for improving cheek and jawline definition while reducing a rounded appearance in the lower part of the face.
By excising the buccal fat pad, fullness is decreased between the cheek and jawline to create a more defined contour. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can suggest the best approach to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

You have beautiful facial features so minimal changes would be recommended. The lower face can be slimmed with a combination of buccal fat pad reduction and lower facial liposuction. Sometimes some jawline liposuction as well.

Hello! First of all, you have a lovely face (beautiful facial bone structure, youthful soft tissue fullness in the checks, a slim neckline, a defined chin and excellent skin quality)! Based on your aesthetic goals and from your photos, I would recommend considering a buccal fat pad excision. This can be done through small incisions in the mouth under local anesthesia in the office or while under general anesthesia in the operating room. The buccal fat pad is a normal lower face fat deposit that can get larger with age, weight change or simply from genetics. It can also herniate outward and make the lower face look more square, full or round.
