Hello! First of all, you have a lovely face (beautiful facial bone structure, youthful soft tissue fullness in the checks, a slim neckline, a defined chin and excellent skin quality)! Based on your aesthetic goals and from your photos, I would recommend considering a buccal fat pad excision. This can be done through small incisions in the mouth under local anesthesia in the office or while under general anesthesia in the operating room. The buccal fat pad is a normal lower face fat deposit that can get larger with age, weight change or simply from genetics. It can also herniate outward and make the lower face look more square, full or round. Additionally, a small amount of liposuction along your jawline may help smooth the transition from your check to chin (often referred to as the jowls). All the best,Dr. Victoria Aimé
