My left boob has a dip and my nipple is slightly lower than the right. The shape is still there but a a little deflated from Breastfeeding and a small loss in electricity I was told I need a lift, ergonomic dual plain implants size 300 or 350 as I want a DD size. I’ve read reviews that the company add extra costs that are not from the surgeon and when they meet it’s fine. I’m worried as I don’t want the scar on one side.

Answer: Breast lift or BA Dear Izzy009, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Lift or no lift From the provided photos it doesn't appear a lift is necessarily needed. However you do have asymmetry. it is important to note that with implants alone the asymmetry will still be present after surgery. I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons near you to hear varying opinions.
