Is Finasteride making my hair worse?

Hello, it's been almost 6. Month on finas, but still no improvement plus it makes my whole hair weak and thin also my left temple receding and balding, I've lost plenty of hair while on this drug now my hair loss a bit slowed but my whole hairs thinned and first 4 months my hairs got worse when youu compared before I start, should I stop using it?
