I had a deep plane facelift back in May of 2023 and I find it difficult to lean forward or bend down. I have experienced tension on my face and as a result, I have noticed some red capillaries on my face when I tilt my head. My incision wraps around my ear, but they do not go into my hair scalp. Also, the surgeon addressed my platysma muscle, but I do not have a fine jawline or neck. I feel heaviness under my chin. Is this a common procedure to address the neck and chin area? Will this improve?
